Demeter has her lettering!

The vinyl pre-cut lettering was supplied by Boat US. It was pretty simple to apply, other than hanging over the toe rail for an hour.

The instructions included with the lettering were very straight forward and Boat US even includes the squeegee tool you need to affix the letters.   FYI, here is a technical note: pick a dry and warm day to apply the letters.

The name Demeter is described by "Demeter." Encyclopedia Mythica from Encyclopedia Mythica Online. <http://www.pantheon.org/articles/d/demeter.html>
The Greek earth goddess par excellence, who brings forth the fruits of the earth, particularly the various grains. She taught mankind the art of sowing and ploughing so they could end their nomadic existence. As such, Demeter was also the goddess of planned society. She was very popular with the rural population. As a fertility goddess she is sometimes identified with Rhea and Gaia.

More importantly, Demeter was the ship that brought Dracula to England.
